Please read the followings carefully before Applying

Prerequisite before applying to make the process fast to have your migration certificate

• Take all clearance of books and other liabilities from SEMINAR LIBRARY of the Department
• Take clearance from LIBRARY
• Take clearance for Hostel (if any) from Dean of Students

STEPS OF ONLINE APPLICATION:

• Apply with REGISTRATION number
• An OTP will be sent to your registered email address to login/apply into this portal. Enter the OTP and captcha to login
• Fill in the form and upload scanned documents in one PDF and apply (Please check carefully your data before final submission of your application, because you cannot alter any information after submission.).
• After successful application, you can login anytime and can check the status of the application.
• Pay dues as instructed through SBI e-collect portal (Pay Online) after you receive a payment related email through Presidency University Migration Portal.
• Login into the portal to update your payment information and keep the document of your e-challan received from SBI portal in pdf form to upload the same.
• After successful payment and all clearances the date will be intimated to collect the Migration certificate.
• Report on the date given with your Original Registration Certificate & ID card

• If your registration number is shown not found then download this form and send the scan copy after filling the form at migrations@presiuniv.ac.in
• If you do not receive any OTP during login into the portal and/or if you wish to change your email address/contact number , then email with your request to migrations@presiuniv.ac.in
